All prizes of €15,000 and above are payable only at the National Lottery. Any player who has a winning ticket of €15,000 and above should take the following steps:

Sign the back of the winning ticket.Put the ticket in a safe place.Contact the National Lottery as soon as possible on 1800 666 222 (Mon-Fri 9.15am - 5.30pm)

Some scratch card prizes may have already been won. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days after game end announcement.

Note: Winners of prizes of €15,000 and above cannot post their ticket to the National Lottery.

How to locate your Game Number:

Many National Lottery Scratch Cards have the same name but are printed in different colours. To be sure that you are looking at the correct information for the version you have, check the unique Game Number, which is located in a white panel at the bottom of the scratch card. The first three numbers in the panel make up the game number for that specific game. **€500 Hampers Voucher: **

If you are a lucky winner of €500 Hamper Voucher on our Hamper& Cash Scratch card, you should contact The National Lottery Claims Freephone number on 1 800 666 222 Mon-Fri 9.15 – 5.30 pm. You will be advised about our validation process and upon validation of win the Hamper Voucher will be issued from the National Lottery Headquarters.

After last year success, we are happy to continue our partnership with Hampers & Co. As previously, the €500 Hamper prize is distributed in the form of a Hamper Voucher which winners can redeem the value against a wide range of hampers and gifts. Players have the option of using the voucher to redeem €500 worth of items from the Hampers & Co or select a limited edition hamper exclusively designed for Hampers & Cash players. The limited edition Hamper contains festive goodies to the value of €300 and a €200 One4All voucher.

When you receive your prize, you will get a set of instructions on how to use your voucher with Hampers & Co.
