Claim scratch card prizes from any National Lottery Agent up to €100 or up to €2,500 with Agent’s consent. Claim prizes under €15,000 from Prize Claims Centres. Prizes of €15,000 and above may only be claimed from National Lottery Headquarters. Postal claims with completed ticket and Claim Form, at claimant’s risk to: The National Lottery, Abbey Street Lower, Dublin 1.
Chocolates:
Claim your Luxurious Chocolates prize – Butler’s chocolate Assortment (225g) from participating National Lottery Agent.
€200 Shopping Voucher:
Winners of €200 Shopping voucher can claim their prize from any Prize Claims Centre. This year we have teamed up with An Post offices and they can validate your win and issue a €200 One4All voucher.
€500 Hampers Voucher:
If you are a lucky winner of €500 Hamper Voucher on our Hamper Sweets & Treats Scratch card, you should contact The National Lottery Claims Freephone number on 1 800 666 222 Mon-Fri 9.15 – 5.30 pm. You will be advised about our validation process and upon validation of win the Hamper Voucher will be issued from the National Lottery Headquarter.
This year we have partnered with gifts.ie, Ireland’s largest hamper & gift company, so that a winner can avail of thousands of gifts.
When you receive your prize, you will get a set of instructions on how to use your voucher with gifts.ie. Order can be placed via the website, phone or order form attached with the voucher. You will also get a brochure containing information about hampers and wide variety of gifts available to claim.
