
Friday Night’s €1,005,000 EuroMillions Ireland Only Raffle Won in Kerry
Kerry player becomes latest National Lottery millionaire of 2026

It’s set to be a weekend to remember for a EuroMillions player in Co. Kerry, as the National Lottery has confirmed that the winning ticket for Friday night’s EuroMillions Ireland Only Raffle, worth an incredible €1,005,000, was sold in the county.
The Kerry player purchased their Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw (21st August), which included the winning raffle number: I-VBD-36131.
The National Lottery has confirmed that the winning retail location will be announced over the coming days.
That’s not all! A Dublin player also won big on the night after matching five numbers in the main EuroMillions draw. The player bought their Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw from SuperValu Sundrive, Sundrive Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12, to take home €18,384.
The numbers in last night’s EuroMillions draw (21st August) were: 10, 14, 15, 19, 45 and the Lucky Stars were 4 and 12.
National Lottery spokesperson, Emma Monaghan, said, **“What a fantastic way to start the weekend for one EuroMillions player in Kerry, who has become Ireland’s newest National Lottery Millionaire after scooping an incredible €1,005,000 in Friday night’s special Ireland Only Raffle. We’re urging players in Kerry to check their tickets carefully for the raffle number I-VBD-36131. Celebrations are also in store for a Dublin player who won €18,384 in the main EuroMillions draw. Both winners should sign the back of their tickets, keep them safe and contact our Prize Claims team!” **
Friday night’s EuroMillions draw featured a special Ireland Only Raffle event, with a guaranteed €1,005,000 prize for one player. As with every EuroMillions draw, ten players win €5,000 with their unique raffle ticket number, and on Friday night, one of those winners had an additional €1,000,000 added to their prize, making them the latest National Lottery Millionaire of the 2026.
Friday night’s winners are advised to sign the back of their tickets and keep them safe. They should make contact with our Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their prizes in Lottery HQ.
