Midweek celebrations in Dublin and Kerry after TWO players win €38,196 each in Wednesday’s Lotto draw

Two Lotto players in Dublin and Kerry are sure to be celebrating today after matching five numbers and the bonus in Wednesday night’s draw to win €38,196 each.

The Dublin player won their share of the prize after purchasing their winning Quick Pick ticket on Saturday 15th August at Spar Rathborne, Unit 5A, Rathborne Place, Ashtown, Dublin 15.

The Kerry player scooped their Match 5 + Bonus prize after purchasing their ticket on the day of the draw at Hannah Mary’s Country Store XL, Tullig Lower, Killorglin, Co. Kerry.

The winning numbers for Wednesday 19th August were: 11, 17, 26, 28, 33, 46 and the bonus was 43.

National Lottery spokesperson Sarah Orr had the following advice for players: “Two Lotto players at opposite sides of the country have plenty to celebrate today after matching five numbers and the bonus in Wednesday’s draw to win an incredible €38,196 each. We are encouraging all of our midweek Lotto players who may have purchased their tickets at Spar Rathborne in Dublin and Hannah Mary’s Country Store XL in Kerry to carefully check their tickets today.”

“The biggest winners of the night are advised to sign the back of their tickets and keep them safe. They should contact the Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to visit Lottery Headquarters to collect their prizes.”

As there was no winner of the €2,283,052 Jackpot on offer in last night’s draw, Saturday’s Lotto Jackpot is set to roll towards an estimated €2.8 Million.
