
Weekend celebrations in Waterford as EuroMillions player scoops €405,711 in Friday night draw!
Tuesday’s EuroMillions Jackpot set to roll towards an estimated €85 Million

It was a Friday night filled with celebrations for a National Lottery player in Waterford who won an incredible €405,711 after matching five numbers and one lucky star in the EuroMillions draw.
The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw at Mulhearns Foodstore at The Square in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford.
The winning numbers in the EuroMillions draw on Friday 31st October were: 05, 14, 38, 43, 45 and lucky stars 07 and 11.
A Wicklow player also won big after matching five numbers to scoop €31,607 in the Friday night draw. The Match 5 winner purchased their winning Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw at Earl’s on Abbey Street in Wicklow Town.
The National Lottery has advised players in Waterford and Wicklow to check their tickets very carefully today. The two biggest winners of the night are advised to sign the back of their tickets and keep them safe. They should contact the Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their prizes.
National Lottery spokesperson Sarah Orr had the following advise for players: “Two of our EuroMillions players will undoubtedly always remember Halloween 2025 as being a big one! A Waterford player became the biggest winner of the night after matching five numbers and one lucky star to win an incredible €405,711 while a Wicklow player matched five numbers to win an impressive €31,607. We are encouraging all of our players who may have purchased their tickets in Waterford and Wicklow to check them carefully today and to make contact with our Prize Claims team.”
“While last night’s draw saw over 47,000 players in Ireland win prizes across the EuroMillions and EuroMillions Plus draws, there was no winner of the staggering €75,635,350 Jackpot on offer. Tuesday night’s Jackpot is now set to roll towards an estimated €85 Million.”
Meanwhile, tonight’s Lotto Jackpot is set to roll towards an estimated €3 Million. Players dreaming of winning big in the Saturday night draw are reminded that tickets can be purchased in-store, through the National Lottery app or at www.lottery.ie ahead of the 7.45pm cut-off time for sales this evening.
