A Lotto player in Dublin 22 is celebrating a windfall of €53,775 after matching five numbers and the bonus in last night’s (Saturday, 24th January) Lotto draw.
The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw from Tuthills, Unit 18a, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Quarryvale, Dublin 22.
This marks Dublin’s third big win this week, following two earlier successes: • An online Lotto player from Dublin who won €90,224 in Wednesday’s, 21st January, Lotto draw. • A EuroMillions player in Santry who scooped €31,075 in Friday’s, 23rd January, EuroMillions draw. The winning ticket was purchased at Centra, Coolock Lane, Santry, Dublin 9.
The numbers in last night’s (24th January) Lotto draw were: 12, 13, 18, 19, 31, 46, and the Bonus was 36.
While there was no winner of the Lotto jackpot worth €7,202,013, in total, over 92,000 players won prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws, including the Dublin player who matched 5 numbers and the bonus.
National Lottery spokesperson, Darragh O’Dwyer, shared,
“Dublin is on a roll this week with 3 big National Lottery wins! What started with an online player winning €90,224 in Wednesday’s Lotto draw was quickly followed up on Friday’s EuroMillions by a Santry player winning €31,075, and to top it off, Saturday’s Lotto draw saw a player in Dublin 22 win €53,775.
If you purchased a ticket for Saturday night’s Lotto draw in Tuthills, Unit 18a, Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Quarryvale, Dublin 22, now is the time to check your tickets carefully. If you’re holding that winning ticket, sign the back of it, keep it safe and contact our Prize Claims team!”
The latest Lotto winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and to keep it safe. They should make contact with our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their prize in Lottery HQ.
