A EuroMillions player in Dublin became the biggest winner in Ireland on Tuesday night after scooping the top prize of €500,000 in the Plus draw. The Dublin winner purchased their winning ticket at Dunnes Stores in the Square Shopping Centre in Tallaght, Dublin 24.
The winning numbers in the Tuesday, 17th February, EuroMillions Plus draw were: 08, 09, 17, 23, 36.
The top prize winner, who now has a ticket worth €500,000, is advised to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe. They should contact the Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to visit Lottery Headquarters to collect their prize.
Over the past seven days, three National Lottery players in Dublin have won big across Lotto and EuroMillions.
Last Wednesday (11th February), a Dublin Lotto player won the top prize of €250,000 in the Lotto Plus 2 draw after purchasing their ticket at Circle K in Grosvenor Service Station on the Rathmines Road in Dublin 6. The winner admitted to keeping their ticket in an unusual spot while they were in the Winners Room this week.
“I kept the ticket hidden in a shoe in my room - I knew no one would be looking there or ever expect to find a ticket worth €250,000! I am now looking forward to celebrating with family and friends enjoying nice holidays and dinners!”
Just two days later, a EuroMillions player in Dublin got their weekend off to an epic start last Friday (13th February) after winning €1,005,000 in the special EuroMillions Ireland Only Raffle. The winner purchased their winning ticket at the Spar store at 122 Drumcondra Road Upper in Dublin 9.
Meanwhile, there could be huge celebrations taking place somewhere in Ireland tonight as the midweek Lotto jackpot is set to roll towards an estimated €10.2 million. If this incredible amount is won tonight, the potential winner will lead the way as the first Lotto jackpot winner of 2026.
Players dreaming of a Wednesday to remember are reminded that tickets can be purchased in-store, through the National Lottery app or at www.lottery.ie ahead of the 7.45pm deadline for sales this evening.
