Kildare Lotto Player Celebrates €123,836 Saturday Night Windfall

A Lotto player in Kildare is having a weekend to remember after matching five numbers and the bonus in Saturday’s draw to win an impressive €123,836. The weekend winner scooped their Match 5 + Bonus prize after purchasing their ticket online on the day of the draw.

The National Lottery has confirmed that an email has been sent to the Kildare online player encouraging them to check their account. The winner should make contact with the Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to visit Lottery Headquarters to collect their prize.

The winning numbers in the Saturday 29th August draw were: 17, 21, 33, 35, 38, 47 and the bonus was 13.

National Lottery spokesperson Sarah Orr said: “Over 77,000 players all over Ireland won prizes across the Lotto and Plus draws on Saturday night. An online player in Kildare became the biggest winner of the night after matching five numbers and the bonus to win an incredible €123,836. We are encouraging all of our online players in Kildare to check their accounts very carefully today as one person now has a Match 5+Bonus prize waiting to be claimed.”

As there was no winner of the €3,347,532 Jackpot on offer in the weekend draw, Wednesday’s Lotto Jackpot is now set to roll towards an estimated €3.8 million.
