Kerry Player Becomes National Lottery’s Latest Millionaire After Lotto Plus 1 Top Prize Win!

A Lotto player in Co Kerry has become the National Lottery’s latest millionaire after winning the Lotto Plus 1 top prize of €1 million in Saturday night’s draw (18th July). The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on Thursday, 16th July.

The winning numbers in the Lotto Plus 1 draw on Saturday, 18th July, were: 2, 16, 23, 24, 35, 46 and the Bonus was 40.

The National Lottery has confirmed that details of the winning location will be revealed on Tuesday, 21st July.

National Lottery spokesperson, Emma Monaghan, said, “It’s set to be a weekend to remember for one Kerry Lotto player who is waking up as Ireland’s newest National Lottery millionaire. While details of the store that sold the winning ticket will be revealed in the coming days, we’re encouraging all Lotto players in Co Kerry to check their Quick Pick tickets very carefully today as one player now has a ticket worth a fantastic €1 million. If you’re holding the winning ticket, sign the back of it and keep it somewhere safe before contacting our Prize Claims team.”

The Saturday night winner is advised to contact the National Lottery Prize Claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie, and arrangements will be made for them to collect their prize at Lottery Headquarters.

As there was no winner of the €7,425,669 jackpot on offer, Wednesday’s Lotto jackpot is now set to roll towards an estimated €7.8 million.

In total, €7 billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 39 years ago.
