That’s the reality of an online player in Dublin who won the top prize in the 2pm Daily Million draw on Sunday afternoon. An email was sent to the winner, who has now taken the title of 16th National Lottery Millionaire of 2026, encouraging them to log into their account. The winner should contact our Prize Claims team who will make arrangements for them to visit the Winners Room to collect their €1 Million top prize.”
Meanwhile, a syndicate from Limerick were thrilled to collect their €15,690 prize which they won after matching five numbers in the EuroMillions draw on 30th June. The winning ticket was purchased at Centra Monaleen in Castletroy, Limerick.
“I was popping in for fuel when I decided to pick up our ticket at the same time. I checked the ticket later that evening and when I saw the ‘You’ve won Big’ message, I immediately assumed it was the €5,000 Raffle prize. It was only when I saw the prize breakdown that I realized I needed to add over €10,000 to that amount. I shared the good news with the rest of the syndicate immediately and no one could believe it. Holidays are the big plan for now!”
A Tarmonbarry man also visited the Winners Room to pick up his Match 5 Lotto prize worth €18,421 from the 1st July draw. He purchased his winning ticket at the Circle K Service Station, N4 (East), Clongowney, Dublin Road, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath.
“I saw there were two winners of the Match 5 prize that night but I never actually thought one of those winners would be me! I assumed I won €3 when I saw the notification. My partner would be the realist out of the two of us and she was telling me to calm down and just check my ticket again. Ever since then, the ticket has been kept safely in my wallet. I don’t have any major plans yet but there are a few home renovations on the list.”
