Accessibility

At The National Lottery, we are dedicated to ensuring our website and app are as accessible and inclusive as possible. Our goal is to deliver engaging user experiences that are accessible to everyone, regardless of ability or disability. We continuously develop our website and app in line with recognised best practice accessibility standards.

Improving accessibility on our website and app

We are aware that there are some accessibility improvements that our website and app could benefit from, and we have a plan in place to implement these. We are currently working to fix the following issues:

  • Inconsistent display of maximum font sizes
  • Improvements to contextual relevance of content
  • Ensuring consistent descriptive text has been set on imagery

If you experience any difficulty using our website or app, we’d love to hear from you. We’re committed to improving accessibility and welcome your feedback. Please contact us at support@lottery.ie to let us know how we can make your experience better.

We welcome all constructive feedback on the accessibility and usability and every suggestion will be thoughtfully reviewed and considered.

Play responsibly, Play for fun.
