Regulator of the National Lottery

The Office of the Regulator of the National Lottery was established by the National Lottery Act 2013. The functions of the Regulator are as set out in Section 9 of the Act.

If you are unhappy with a service provided by the National Lottery or should you believe there has been a breach the National Lottery Act or the Licence to Operate the National Lottery, a complaint may be filed with the office of the Regulator of the National Lottery.
