Gender Pay Gap Report

The gender pay gap is the difference in the average hourly salary of women and men across an organisation. The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 requires organisations with over 150 employees to report on their gender pay gap for the first time in 2024.

2024 is PLI’s first Gender Pay Gap report. As part of our ongoing commitment to D&I PLI has taken a number of actions towards addressing gender pay and representation. These include setting diversity representation goals for our senior leadership team, improvements around talent acquisition; the introduction of flexible-working policies and enhanced leave supports; career development programmes; and the achievement of recognised awards.
