More than €11,000,000 has been won by players of the popular National Lottery Telly Bingo TV game show this year so far. This means that as 30c in every €1 you spend on Telly Bingo goes back to Good Causes, the players of Telly Bingo have raised €2.3 million approximately for good cause projects in communities all over Ireland – so even if you don’t match a full house – community projects do benefit!
The thrice-a-week show, presented by Declan Buckley, is broadcast every Tuesday, Thursday &
Friday at 12:45pm on RTÉ 1. The programme was first introduced almost 20 years ago, back in 1999.
Players can pick up their Telly Bingo tickets in one of the 5,900 National Lottery retail agents across the country. Your Telly Bingo ticket has 24 randomly generated numbers and you can win prizes by matching the numbers drawn on the lunchtime TV show in a variety of patterns, with a prize of €10,000 for a full house. An additional €10,000 Snowball prize goes to someone who achieves a full house on or before the 45th number drawn. If not won, the Snowball prize rolls over to the next draw, allowing one additional number each time.
This year to date, a total of 21 players have won the Snowball prize, while 163 people have got a full house so far in 2018. Fancy being the 22nd player to win the Snowball? Then be sure to pick up your ticket before 11 am on the day of each Telly Bingo programme for your chance to win.
If you miss the show you can always catch up and play along on the RTÉ Player.
