€100,000 Money Multiplier win for Dublin gran

‘Things like this never happen for people like me,’ said an emotional Dublin woman who picked up a cheque for a whopping €100,000 on Monday morning which she won on a €5 National Lottery Money Multiplier scratch card.

The proud grandmother purchased her Money Multiplier 20X scratch card in SuperValu in Coolock in Dublin 5 on Saturday and she promised to share her incredible win with her family. ‘It’s who we are. We are a close family and we always look out for each other. I will never have an opportunity like this again in my lifetime. This will make a huge difference to our lives,’ she said.

The lucky Dublin woman admitted that her incredible win was a massive stroke of fortune, ‘I don’t usually buy the Money Multiplier games but I saw that this particular scratch card had already been torn away from the rest of the batch and left behind the shop counter. It is as if it had been returned or torn away by mistake. I would be a very superstitious person so I just knew I had to have it,’ she grinned.
