Just a few hours left for Millionaire Raffle winner to claim €1 million prize

Lucky ticket sold In Cork

Deadline for claim: Today, Friday 31 March

The winner(s) of the €1 million National Lottery Christmas Millionaire Raffle has until the end of the day to claim their prize. The Christmas Millionaire top prize winning ticket of €1 million, was ticket number 179740. The lucky ticket was purchased at the Topaz Service Station on Lower Tivoli Road in Cork on 21 December 2016.

In 2016 alone, Topaz Fuels and their customers have contributed almost €10.5 million to support Good Causes and local community projects nationwide through sales of National Lottery products.

‘It’s fantastic for Topaz Tivoli to have the honour of selling a winning lottery ticket, but it’s nothing without a winner. We are very hopeful that the ticket is found and someone can enjoy a late Christmas present. It would be great to welcome a newly-crowned millionaire customer back to the store’, said Topaz Tivoli Store Manager Niall Buckley.

Throughout the 30 year history of the National Lottery, players have often left it late to claim prizes with some coming forward on the last day. In August 2016, a lucky Cork family syndicate claimed a massive €381,863 EuroMillions Prize just one hour before the prize claim deadline following an extensive media campaign.

Ticketholders have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize in person at National Lottery Headquarters on Abbey Street in Dublin.
