Are online games or draws playing too large a part in your life? Our take a break feature onsite gives you the option of blocking yourself from your account for a minimum of one month up to 5 years or you can choose a permanent closure.

How does it work?

You can choose to take a break from your National Lottery account for minimum of one month up to 5 years. If you decide to do this, your account will be closed and inaccessible for the period you select. Additionally, we will not send you any messages, or marketing notifications.

Do you need a break?
If you are spending too much time on our site or app, you can click below to take a break. Alternatively you can call our Customer Services Team on 01-8891000 and they will assist you. Opening hours are Monday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm.
