Two Big Lotto Wins Light Up Easter Weekend for Dubliners!
17/04/2025
There's a spring in two Dubliners' steps this morning as they celebrate significant Lotto wins from last night's draw (Wednesday, 16th April). One player secured the Lotto Plus 2 Top Prize of a dazzling €250,000, while an online player is logging on to their National Lottery account to find themselves €110,928 richer after matching five numbers and the bonus in the main Lotto draw.
The Lotto Plus 2 winner from Dublin purchased their all-important quick pick ticket on the day of the draw from Dunnes Stores, Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, Dublin 15.
The winning numbers for last night’s (16th April) Lotto Plus 2 draw were: 7, 32, 33, 35, 39, 46 and the bonus was 6.
The online player, who also bought their ticket on the day of the draw, matched five numbers and the bonus in the main Lotto draw.
The winning numbers for the main Lotto draw were: 10, 16, 19, 21, 42, 45 and the bonus was 25.
Emma Monaghan, National Lottery Spokesperson said: “What a fabulous start to the Easter weekend for our players! Not one, but two huge wins – it's fantastic to see. While there was no winner of the Lotto Jackpot, in total, over 56,000 players won prizes in the Lotto & Lotto Plus draws, including our Lotto Plus 2 and Match 5 + Bonus winners. We can't wait to welcome them in Lottery HQ.”
The National Lottery can confirm that a notification and an email have been sent to the online player. All players in Dublin are urged to check their tickets carefully to see if they're holding the winning Lotto Plus 2 ticket. The winners are advised to contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie to arrange the collection of their prize at Lottery Headquarters.
Nearly 30 cent in every €1 spent on National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes in the areas of sport, youth, health, welfare, education, arts, heritage and the Irish Language. In total, more than €6.5 Billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 37 years ago. In 2023 alone, €227.9 Million was raised for local Good Causes in communities across Ireland.
