Royal Lotto win as Meath player scoops €140,066 prize in Wednesday’s €5.6 million draw

Lotto players in Trim, Co. Meath are today being asked to check their Lotto tickets for last night’s €5,632,237 draw after one lucky player won the Lotto Match 5 + Bonus prize of €140,066. The winner matched five numbers and the bonus ball, meaning they were one number short of winning the €5.6 million jackpot on offer.

The lucky player purchased their Quick Pick ticket at the Applegreen service station on the Longwood Road in Trim, Co. Meath.  

The winning numbers from last night’s Lotto draw are: 08, 10, 14, 23, 39, 47 and the bonus was: 05.

While there were over 75,000 prize winners in Wednesday night’s draw, there was no winner of the Lotto jackpot, which rolls to an estimated €6 million for the next draw on Saturday 9th January.

The winning ticket holder is advised to sign the back of their ticket and to get in touch with the National Lottery claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prize.

In total more than €5.8 Billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 33 years ago. In 2019 alone, €252 million was raised for local Good Causes in communities across Ireland.
