Two players in Donegal and Wexford match five numbers and the bonus to win €105,046 each

A Lotto player in Meath has officially woken up today as Ireland’s newest Lotto millionaire after winning the €4,687,612 jackpot on offer in last night’s draw. The Royal county player has also taken the title of second Lotto jackpot winner of 2022.

The National Lottery has confirmed that the winning store location will be revealed in the coming days.

The winning numbers in Wednesday’s (9th February) draw were: 03, 23, 27, 32, 35, 37 and the bonus was 07.

Meanwhile, two players in Donegal and Wexford will also be celebrating after matching five numbers and the bonus in last night’s draw to win €105,046 each.

The Donegal player scooped their share of the Match 5 + Bonus prize after purchasing their Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw at Sharkey’s Service Station on the Gweedore Road in Dungloe, Co. Donegal.

Store manager Kevina McKelvey was delighted to get the call from the National Lottery: “This is our biggest Lotto win ever so the whole team is thrilled. We have over twenty staff working here and the news is starting to filter out so excitement really is growing. We’re currently getting the balloons ready and prepping ourselves for a busy day of checking tickets. We have lots of local customers here as well as passing trade so we’ll be encouraging everyone who comes in to check their tickets!”

The Wexford winner won their €105,046 prize after purchasing their ticket at Osborne’s Daybreak on the Arklow Road in Gorey, Co. Wexford.

Each of the biggest winners from Wednesday night’s draw are advised to sign the back of their tickets and to keep them safe. The Meath, Donegal and Wexford players should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prizes.
