National Lottery players share €155,000 in scratch card prizes

Could your Dad be celebrating as the next big winner this Father’s Day?

Over the past week, three players have made the trip to Lotto HQ to claim a shared prize fund of €155,000 across three different scratch card games.

A Wexford woman was delighted to pop into the Winners Room to claim the top prize amount of €30,000 on an All Cash Tripler scratch card. She purchased her winning ticket at the Daybreak store on the Harbour Road in Courtown.

The Sunny South East winner admitted that she did not realise just how much she had won immediately: “When I first scratched the ticket, I saw €10,000 and was over the moon – I never expected to see an amount like that looking back at me! It wasn’t until I was doing a double take that I noticed the “3X” in the Tripler section and realised I had actually won €30,000. Talk about a surprise! I was already celebrating the €10,000 win so I was really jumping for joy then!”

The biggest winner of the three scooped their top prize amount of €75,000 on an All Cash Platinum scratch card which they purchased at Circle K City Avenue on Citywest Road in the Citywest Business Campus in Dublin 22. Another player was celebrating after scratching their way to a €50,000 win on an All Cash Extravaganza that they bought at the Centra store at the Camlin Service Station on the Dublin Road in Longford.
