An online player in Meath has got their weekend off to a flying start after winning the top prize of €500,000 in Friday’s EuroMillions Plus draw. The online player became the biggest winner of the night in Ireland after purchasing their ticket in App or online at www.lottery.ie.

The player from Co. Meath has become the 6th player in Ireland to win the EuroMillions Plus top prize to date in 2023.
The National Lottery has confirmed that a notification to the user’s online account and a separate email has now been sent to the lucky Meath ticket holder.

The winning numbers in Friday’s (3rd March) EuroMillions Plus draw were: 12, 19, 23, 34, 48.
There was no winner of Friday night’s special mega draw event which offered a guaranteed jackpot amount of €130 million. Tuesday’s (7th March) EuroMillions jackpot is now heading for an estimated €145 million.

With over 91,000 Irish winners in last night’s EuroMillions draw, a spokesperson for the National Lottery has called on all players nationwide to check their tickets: “The guaranteed €130 million jackpot may have rolled on to Tuesday’s draw but over 91,000 players in Ireland have won prizes, in particular, one lucky player in Co. Meath who won the €500,000 EuroMillions Plus top prize. We are specifically calling on our online players in Meath to check their emails today to see if they are the latest winner of this prize. The winner should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prize.”
