Two newest National Lottery Millionaires yet to come forward to claim life-changing prizes

Naas store to be revealed tomorrow as selling location of €1 Million top prize ticket

Two National Lottery players in Dublin and Kildare are likely to be continuing their weekend celebrations after becoming Millionaires over the past two days.

An online player in Dublin became the first Lotto Jackpot winner of the year after scooping the €14.67 Million on Saturday night (27th January) while a Daily Million player in Kildare scooped the top prize of €1 Million in Sunday’s (28th January) 9pm draw. The Naas store where the winning ticket, which is now worth a life-changing €1 Million, was purchased will be revealed tomorrow.

The National Lottery have confirmed that both winners are yet to come forward to claim their massive amounts. The two winners should contact the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their life-altering prizes in Lotto HQ.

A National Lottery spokesperson said: “Over the past week, we have seen our games turn three of our players into National Lottery Millionaires and so far we have heard from just one of those big winners. Last Tuesday’s Daily Million draw saw a Kerry player scoop the top prize of €1 Million. The Kingdom winner has since been in touch but we are yet to hear from our weekend winners in Dublin and Kildare. Our advice to the winners is to contact our prize claims team as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements for their visit to the Winners Room in Lotto HQ. While the Dublin player won the €14.67 Million Lotto Jackpot on Saturday night after purchasing their ticket online, the Kildare Daily Million player won their €1 Million after purchasing their ticket in a store in Naas. We are looking forward to announcing the store location tomorrow where we are sure there will be great excitement!”

Nearly 30 cent in every €1 spent on National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes in the areas of sport, youth, health, welfare, education, arts, heritage and the Irish Language. In total, more than €6 Billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 36 years ago. In 2022 alone, €259.5 Million was raised for local Good Causes in communities across Ireland.
