Two Lotto players from Galway and Wicklow will share a Lotto prize of €92,468 after both came to within one number of Saturday night’s Lotto jackpot which was worth €2,794,844.
Both players matched five numbers and the bonus ball on the main Lotto draw and will each get a cash prize of €46,234.
The Galway winner chose their own lucky numbers with a ticket which they purchased at Clybaun Stores in Knocknacarra, on the outskirts of Galway City.
The winner from Co. Wicklow, bought their winning Quick Pick ticket at the Texaco/Spar service station in Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow which has a history of big Lotto wins, the latest of which was the €11.2 million jackpot win in August 2019.
The Lotto numbers from last night’s draw (Saturday 12th December) were: 03, 08, 10, 18, 22, 30 and the bonus number was: 31.
While there was no winner of last night’s €2.7 million Lotto jackpot, there were more than 98,000 players who won prizes. This Wednesday’s Lotto jackpot (16th December) will roll to an estimated €3.2 million.
