A Lotto player in Limerick has become Ireland’s newest multi-Millionaire after scooping the massive €8,970,934 Jackpot in last night’s draw.
The Treaty County player has taken the title of 3rd Lotto jackpot winner of 2024 following wins by players in Dublin and Louth.
The winning numbers in the Saturday 20th April draw were: 01, 09, 10, 14, 26, 40 and the bonus was 04.
The National Lottery is urging Limerick players to check their tickets carefully from last night’s draw as a player who purchased their ticket in the Treaty County now has a ticket worth over €8.9 Million. The winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe. They should make contact with the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their life-changing prize.
The National Lottery has confirmed that the winning store location where the ticket was purchased will be revealed on Tuesday 23rd April.

While Saturday’s draw saw over 100,000 players win prizes across the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws, there is one ticketholder waking up today as Ireland’s newest multi-Millionaire after scooping the massive €8,970,934 Jackpot in Saturday night’s draw. The Limerick player has taken the title of 3rd Lotto Jackpot winner of 2024 following wins by players in Dublin and Louth earlier in the year.”
