Kildare Daily Million Plus Player Won 500k

A lucky National Lottery player in Kildare is €500,000 richer today after the National Lottery revealed that Saturday night’s 9PM Daily Million Plus top prize was won by a player in Kilcock in north Kildare.

The National Lottery is now asking its Daily Million players in Kilcock and the surrounding area to check their tickets carefully. The winning Quick Pick ticket was sold at Doolan’s Centra store on the Courtown Road in Kilcock.

Speaking on selling this winning ticket, a delighted Colm Doolan, owner of the winning Centra store said: “What a win this is for one of our lucky customers. It’s hard to get my head around the fact that somebody walked into our store yesterday and walked out with a ticket worth a half a million euro. We’re going to enjoy the celebrations in-store today and we’ll be making sure that they check their tickets so they don’t miss out on this amazing prize.”

The winning numbers from yesterday’s 9pm Daily Million Plus draw are: 03, 09, 10, 23, 27, 38 and the bonus number is 16.

So far this year there have been seven top prize winners in our Daily Million game which includes two winners of the Daily Million top prize of €1 million and a further five lucky winners of the €500,000 Daily Million Plus top prize.

A spokesperson from the National Lottery said: “We’re asking our Daily Million players in Kildare to check their tickets very carefully and if you do happen to be this lucky winner, be sure to sign the back of the ticket and contact our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and we will make arrangements to get your prize.”

Nearly 30 cent in every €1 spent on all National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes in the areas of sport, youth, health, welfare, education, arts, heritage and the Irish Language. In total more than €5.6 Billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 33 years ago.
