EuroMillions ticketholder in Kerry Village bags €34,496 prize

EuroMillions Quick Pick Kerry Winner

A EuroMillions player in a small village of Kilgarvan in Co. Kerry is to the tune of €34,496 better off today after scooping this prize on last night’s EuroMillions draw.

This player, who purchased their Quick Pick ticket yesterday (Friday 16th October) at the Mace shop in Kilgarvan, Co. Kerry, matched five numbers on the main EuroMillions draw, winning €34,496.

A spokesperson for the National Lottery advised: “We’d encourage all of our Kerry-based EuroMillions players to check their tickets carefully to see if they are this lucky winner. If this winner does happen to be you, please sign the back of the ticket, keep it safe and contact our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and we will make arrangements to get your prize.”

The EuroMillions numbers from last night’s draw are: 15, 33, 38, 40, 50 and the Lucky Star numbers are: 3 and 6.

The spokesperson continued: “With more than 55,000 players winning prizes on last night’s draw it was a good night for many EuroMillions players across the country so even though the night’s biggest winner was in Kerry we would encourage everyone to check those tickets carefully. As there was no winner of last night’s €54,453,44 EuroMillions jackpot, this Tuesday’s jackpot will roll to an estimated €65 million”.

Nearly 30 cent in every €1 spent on all National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes in the areas of sport, youth, health, welfare, education, arts, heritage and the Irish Language. In total more than €5.8 Billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 33 years ago. In 2019 alone, €252 million was raised for local Good Causes in communities across Ireland.
