Lotto player in Kildare wins €88,830

A Lotto player in Dublin is certain to be celebrating today after becoming the 19th National Lottery millionaire of 2023. The Dublin winner scooped the €3,931,066 jackpot on offer in last night’s draw making them the 7th Lotto jackpot winner so far this year.

The winning numbers for last night’s (Saturday 8th July) Lotto draw were: 05, 16, 17, 18, 22, 28 and the bonus was 02.

The National Lottery has confirmed that the winning Dublin store location will be revealed in the coming days.

Last night’s Lotto draw saw over 99,000 players win prizes across the Lotto and Lotto Plus games. As well as the life-changing jackpot win, a player in Kildare won big after matching five numbers and the bonus to earn themselves €88,830. The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on Wednesday 5th July at Centra Kilcullen.

A National Lottery spokesperson said: “It’s been a life-changing weekend for a Dublin Lotto player who now has a ticket worth over €3.9 million! Ireland’s newest millionaire has officially become the 19th National Lottery millionaire of 2023. We will be announcing the winning store location in the coming days.”

“A Kildare player also won big after matching five numbers and the bonus to win €88,830. The biggest winners from last night’s draw are advised to sign the back of their tickets and keep them safe.
