EuroMillions player in Dublin wins €30,742 in Friday night draw

EuroMillions players in the Tallaght area are today being urged to check their tickets very carefully after one player matched five numbers in Friday night’s draw to win €30,742. The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased on the day of the draw at Lidl on the Main Street in Tallaght, Dublin 24.

The winning numbers in Friday’s 4th March draw were: 06, 20, 40, 42, 43 and lucky stars 10, 12.

The Dublin 24 winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and to keep it safe. The winning ticket holder should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their Match 5 prize.

As last night’s incredible €78,587,957 jackpot was won by a EuroMillions player in Portugal, Tuesday’s jackpot is now guaranteed to be €17 million.

A National Lottery spokesperson said: “Did you buy your ticket for Friday’s EuroMillions draw at the Lidl on the Main Street in Tallaght? If so, we are appealing to you to check your ticket carefully today as one Dublin 24 player has a ticket which is now worth €30,742. The winner should sign the back of the ticket and make contact with our prize claims team who will make arrangements for them to claim their prize. Last night’s win marks a second Dublin win in EuroMillions in the space of a week after a player in Dublin 11 scooped the top prize of €500,000 in Tuesday’s EuroMillions Plus draw after purchasing their ticket at Tesco Clearwater in the Janelle Shopping Centre in Finglas.”
