Daily Million players in Coolock urged to check their tickets from Saturday's afternoon draw

Family syndicate claim €334,197 Lotto prize

Daily Million players in the Coolock area are being urged to check their tickets carefully from Saturday’s 2pm draw as a Dublin 17 player now has a ticket worth €1 Million. The Coolock winner, who is yet to make contact with the National Lottery, is advised to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe. They should contact the prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to claim their life-changing prize in Lotto HQ.

The National Lottery will confirm the winning store location tomorrow, Tuesday 12th December.

The winning numbers in the 2pm draw on Saturday 9th December were: 03, 04, 24, 30, 32, 39 and the bonus was 15.

So far this year, there have been 10 top prize winners of €1 Million in the Daily Million game. Daily Million draws take place twice a day, seven days a week at 2pm and 9pm and costs just €1 per play.

Meanwhile, a family syndicate were thrilled to visit Lotto HQ to claim their Match 5 + Bonus prize worth €334,197 from the Saturday 4th November draw. The Lotto winners purchased their winning ticket at the Centra store in the Northtown Shopping Centre on the Ennis Road in Co. Limerick.

“We had no idea that there had been a big prize won that night, let alone that we were the ones who had won it! I was checking a few tickets the week after the draw and when I scanned this one, I got the You’ve Won Big message. At that stage, I still had no idea what we’d won so I called the claims team up immediately. I’m sure they knew I had no clue what we’d won when they spoke to me because I was in utter shock. I knew it must have been a big prize when I got the message but I never imagined that it was as big as it was.”

“Even though we’re sitting here in the Winners Room now, the news still hasn’t sunk in. We’ve had a few weeks to think about it but it doesn’t feel real to be honest. As soon as it does, our first plan will be to organise a celebration over Christmas – it’s certainly not how we expected to be ending the year but it sure is a welcome surprise!”
