Lotto player in Limerick scoops €40,338 in midweek draw
A Lotto player in Dublin is waking up today as Ireland’s newest millionaire after winning last night’s incredible €3,612,485 jackpot. The ticket holder has officially become the 5th Lotto jackpot winner of 2022 following wins by players in Mayo, Meath, Dublin and Kilkenny.
The winning numbers for Wednesday’s (25th May) draw were: 09, 13, 15, 18, 21, 27 and the bonus was 11.
The National Lottery has confirmed that the winning store location, where the 19th National Lottery millionaire of the year purchased their winning ticket which is now worth over €3.6 million, will be revealed on Friday.
Last night’s Lotto draw saw over 74,000 players nationwide win prizes across the Lotto and Lotto Plus games which also included a Limerick player who matched five numbers and the bonus to win €40,338. The winning ticket was purchased at Dunnes Stores in Childers Road Retail Park on Saturday 21st May.
The two biggest winners from the Wednesday night draw are advised to sign the back of their tickets and to keep them safe. The Dublin jackpot winner and Limerick Match 5+Bonus winner should make contact with the National Lottery prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and arrangements will be made for them to claim their prizes.
