13/10/2025
A Daily Million Plus player in Co. Donegal is celebrating a sweet Sunday surprise after matching all six numbers and the bonus number in the 2pm plus draw, winning an incredible €500,000.
The Donegal player purchased their winning ticket on Friday, 10th October, from Ardara Filling Station, Portnoo Road, Ardara, Co. Donegal.
The winning numbers in Sunday’s 2pm Daily Million Plus draw were: 9, 16, 24, 29, 32, 38, and the Bonus number was 5.
This latest win follows closely on the heels of another Donegal success, when a EuroMillions player won €241,123 on Tuesday, 7th October.
Emma Monaghan, spokesperson for the National Lottery said, “It’s another brilliant win for Donegal – congratulations to our Daily Million Plus winner! If you bought a ticket in Ardara, now’s the time to check it carefully. There’s a €500,000 prize, and it could be yours!”
The winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and to keep it safe. They should make contact with our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their life-changing prize in Lottery HQ.
Dream Bigger with EuroDreams - €30,000 a Month for 30 Years
Meanwhile, players dreaming of becoming Ireland’s newest National Lottery winner are reminded that tonight’s (13th October) EuroDreams top prize continues to be boosted to an incredible €30,000 per month for 30 years.
A special event in the game, which kicked off on Thursday, 2nd October, means that the top prize will remain boosted until it is won. The EuroDreams Tier 1 prize is typically €20,000 per month for 30 years but during this special game event, players have the chance to win even bigger than usual.
The game mechanics remain the same, players must match all six winning numbers and the Dream number to win – now they simply have the chance to win more. If the top prize is not won tonight, the boosted prize event will continue until there is a winner.
In September, an online player in Wicklow became Ireland’s first Tier 1 EuroDreams winner, while eight Tier 2 winners have also celebrated wins in Dublin (4), Kerry (2), Cork (1), and Wicklow (1).
EuroDreams is played in eight countries, namely Ireland, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland, with draws every Monday and Thursday evening.
Players hoping to win big are reminded that tickets can be purchased in-store, via the National Lottery app, or at www.lottery.ie before the 7.30pm cut-off time this evening.
Nearly 30 cent in every €1 spent on National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes in the areas of sport, youth, health, welfare, education, arts, heritage and the Irish Language. In total, more than €6.5 Billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 37 years ago. In 2024 alone, €239.3 Million was raised for local Good Causes in communities across Ireland.
