
Limerick and Kildare Players Scoop €500,000 Each in EuroMillions Plus Draw!

Excitement is building nationwide as the EuroMillions Jackpot is still up for grabs following last night’s draw (15th August), setting the stage for Tuesday’s draw to reach its cap of €250 Million (estimated).
But for two players in Co. Limerick and Co. Kildare, the weekend has already started with a bang – each has won €500,000 in the EuroMillions Plus draw after matching all five numbers.
The Plus player in Co. Limerick purchased their winning ticket on the day of the draw from Day Today Rathkeale, New Line, Rathkeale, Co. Limerick.
While the Kildare player purchased their Quick Pick ticket on the day of the draw, online.
The winning numbers in last night’s EuroMillions Plus draw were: 10, 34, 37, 38 and 43.
Emma Monaghan, National Lottery spokesperson, said “Huge congratulations to our EuroMillions Plus winners in Co. Limerick and Co. Kildare, who have each won €500,000 – a fantastic start to their weekends! While there was no winner of the EuroMillions Jackpot worth €232,174,804, in total, over 70,000 players in Ireland won prizes in the EuroMillions and Plus games.”
The National Lottery is urging all players in the Limerick area to check their tickets carefully, while an email notification has been sent to the online Kildare player. Meanwhile, tonight’s (16th August) Lotto Jackpot soars to an estimated €15.5 Million!
