
Applegreen Gorey Sells Ireland’s First-Ever €1 Million Scratch Card Prize
All Cash Millionaire Top Prize of €1 Million Claimed in Gorey

The National Lottery has today announced that Ireland’s first-ever €1 Million Scratch Card prize has been sold at Applegreen Gorey, Ramstown Lower, Gorey, Co Wexford.
This marks the first time in the history of the National Lottery that a player has won €1 Million on a Scratch Card, following the launch of the All Cash Millionaire game, which introduced the highest-ever top prize for an Irish Scratch Card.
Darragh O’Dwyer National Lottery spokesperson said:
“A player in Gorey has scratched their way to €1 Million, becoming the first person in Ireland ever to win a €1 Million prize on a Scratch Card. This is a huge milestone for the National Lottery as the top prize on the All Cash Millionaire Scratch Card, the first of its kind in Ireland, has now been won. We are delighted to be here with The Winnies at Applegreen Gorey to celebrate and mark this historic moment where the winning Scratch Card was sold.”

In 2024 alone, €239.3 Million was raised for local Good Causes in communities across Ireland.
