The National Lottery is continuing its search for the winner of an unclaimed Lotto prize worth €89,430. The National Lottery is appealing to Lotto players in the Miltown Malbay area of Co. Clare to urgently check their tickets from the Lotto draw on Saturday, 25th July, as a €89,430 prize has yet to be claimed.
The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased at McNamee’s Londis, Bank Place, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare on the day of the draw Saturday, 25th July.
The winning numbers for the Lotto draw on 25th July were: 23, 24, 25, 42, 43, 46 and the bonus was 37.
All National Lottery ticket holders have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize, which means the Clare winner has until close of business on Friday, 23rd October to claim, meaning there are just two weeks to claim this prize.
National Lottery spokesperson Darragh O’Dwyer has urged all Lotto players in Clare to carefully check their tickets from late July to ensure they do not miss out on claiming this incredible prize.
“With just two weeks remaining until the claim deadline on Friday, 23rd October, time is running out for the winner of this €89,430 Lotto prize to come forward!
The winning ticket was purchased at the height of the busy summer season in Miltown Malbay, meaning the winner may not necessarily be a local resident. That's why we're appealing not only to Lotto players in Clare, but also to anyone who visited the county over the summer, passed through Miltown Malbay, or enjoyed a holiday in the Banner County to take a moment and check any Lotto tickets they may have brought home with them.
Now is the time to have one final search. Check the car, the back of the sofa, old jackets and jumpers, handbags, wallets and even suitcases that may have been unpacked after a summer break. The winning ticket could be hiding in plain sight, and it's worth €89,430 to the person holding it.”
If you’re holding the winning ticket, sign the back of it and keep it safe. Contact the National Lottery Prize Claims team as soon as possible on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie. Arrangements will be made for you to collect your prize at Lottery HQ.
