15/12/2025
With Christmas just around the corner, the National Lottery is reminding Daily Million Plus players in Ardara that a €500,000 prize from the Daily Million 2pm draw on Sunday, 12th October, is still waiting to be claimed.
The winning ticket was purchased at Ardara Filling Station, Portnoo Road, Ardara, Co. Donegal on Friday, 10th October.
The winning Daily Million Plus (2pm on Sunday, 12th October) numbers were: 9, 16, 24, 29, 32, 38, and the Bonus number was 5.
All National Lottery ticket holders have 90 days from the date of the draw to claim their prize, which means the Donegal winner has until close of business on Saturday, 10th January 2026 to claim – just four weeks to go.
The team at Ardara Filling Station, Ardara, where the winning ticket was sold, are also hoping to see the winner come forward.
Store Manager, Mairead Darnell, said:
“It’s incredibly exciting to know that one of our customers could be sitting on a €500,000 ticket. We’d love to see the prize claimed in time and in time for Christmas, so we’re reminding everyone to double-check their tickets from October. It would be fantastic to see it go to someone local!”
Darragh O’Dwyer, National Lottery spokesperson said:
“We’re eager to hear from the Daily Million Plus player who purchased their ticket in Ardara Filling Station and now has a ticket worth €500,000. With the deadline fast approaching on Saturday, 10th January, we’re encouraging everyone in the area to check any old tickets they might have tucked away. You never know – your winning ticket could be sitting in a drawer or jacket pocket right now.”
