Saturday’s Lotto draw heading for an astonishing €11 Million Estimated

 

National Lottery players across the country are set to enjoy a bumper weekend of prizes ahead of the Christmas Millionaire Raffle draw which takes place at Lotto HQ on New Year’s Eve. The draw will guarantee a top prize win of €1 Million in addition to thousands more prizes which must be won.

 This year, the Christmas Millionaire Raffle draw is bigger than ever with an incredible 8,500 cash prizes. As well as the top prize of €1 Million, there are six prizes of €100,000, 15 prizes of €10,000, 45 prizes of €5,000, 302 prizes of €1,000 and 8,131 prizes of €500. 

With just less than two days to go until the draw, a limited number of the 600,000 tickets are still available, cost €25 each and are on sale at National Lottery agents nationwide.

 This year’s draw represents the best ever odds of winning a prize at 1:70.59 compared to 1:75.55 in 2022. Since last years draw, an additional €1.1 Million has been added to the prize fund which is set to be shared between 8,500 prizes. 

 The National Lottery has also confirmed that more than €5.6 million will be raised for the National Lottery Good Causes fund if all 600,000 tickets for the Millionaire Raffle are sold. 

 Meanwhile, excitement continues to grow for Lotto players all over Ireland as tonight’s (30th December) Lotto Jackpot rolls towards an astonishing €11 Million (estimated). As we get closer to the draw, the National Lottery are reminding players that the cut-off time for ticket sales is 7.45pm this evening and tickets can be purchased in-store, through the National Lottery app or at www.lottery.ie

Nearly 30 cent in every €1 spent on National Lottery games goes back to Good Causes in the areas of sport, youth, health, welfare, education, arts, heritage and the Irish Language. In total, more than €6 billion has been raised for Good Causes since the National Lottery was established 36 years ago. In 2022 alone, €259.5 Million was raised for local Good Causes in communities across Ireland.
