Lotto players in Galway and Roscommon yet to claim two prizes worth €22,778 from Christmas Day draw

Just over a month left to claim two outstanding prizes!

The National Lottery are appealing to Lotto players in Galway and Roscommon to check their tickets carefully from the Saturday 25th December 2021 draw as two Match 5 prizes worth €22,778 remain unclaimed.

Ticketholders have 90 days from the draw date to claim their prizes which means that the claim deadline for the two outstanding Lotto Match 5 prizes is close of business on Friday 25th March 2022.

The winning Lotto numbers for the Saturday 25th December 2021 draw were: 11, 17, 19, 23, 26, 43 and the bonus 31.

The winning tickets, which are now worth €22,778 each, were both purchased on Friday 24th December 2021.

The Galway ticket holder purchased their ticket at Mannion’s Supermarkets & Emo Service Station on the Miltown Road in Tuam, Co. Galway while the Roscommon player won their share of the Match 5 prize fund after purchasing their ticket at Mulvihill’s Newsagents on the Main Street in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon.

A National Lottery spokesperson has urged Lotto players in Galway and Roscommon to check their old tickets as soon as possible to ensure that they do not miss out on claiming their Match 5 prizes.

“While the Christmas Day Lotto draw saw 36 players nationwide match five numbers each to share a boosted prize fund worth over €820,000 due to the capped Lotto jackpot, we are yet to hear from two of the lucky winners. We are appealing to players in Galway and Roscommon who purchased their tickets on Christmas Eve for the Christmas Day draw to carefully check their tickets to ensure that they do not miss out on claiming either of these prizes which are worth €22,778 each. The Galway winner purchased their ticket at Mannion’s Supermarkets & Emo Service Station on the Miltown Road in Tuam, Co. Galway while the Roscommon player bought their winning ticket at Mulvihill’s Newsagents on the Main Street in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon.”
