A National Lottery spokesperson has urged Lotto players in Galway and Roscommon to check their old tickets as soon as possible to ensure that they do not miss out on claiming their Match 5 prizes.
“While the Christmas Day Lotto draw saw 36 players nationwide match five numbers each to share a boosted prize fund worth over €820,000 due to the capped Lotto jackpot, we are yet to hear from two of the lucky winners. The Galway winner purchased their ticket at Mannion’s Supermarkets & Emo Service Station on the Miltown Road in Tuam, Co. Galway while the Roscommon player bought their winning ticket at Mulvihill’s Newsagents on the Main Street in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon.”
“If you are either of these lucky winners, you should sign the back of your ticket and keep it safe. You can contact our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and arrangements will be made for you to claim your prize. Don’t forget that the final date to claim these prizes is close of business on Friday 25th March.”
