The National Lottery are appealing to Lotto players in Kildare to check their tickets carefully from the Saturday 8th January 2022 draw as a Match 5 prize worth €33,181 remains unclaimed.

Ticketholders have 90 days from the draw date to claim their prizes which means that the claim deadline for the Lotto Match 5 prize is close of business on Friday 8th April 2022.

The winning Lotto numbers for the Saturday 8th January 2022 draw were: 04, 08, 19, 35, 36, 41 and the bonus was 23.

The winning ticket, which is now worth €33,181, was purchased on the day of the draw at Lidl Naas in Newhall Retail Park in Naas, Co. Kildare.

A National Lottery spokesperson has urged Lotto players in Kildare to check their old tickets as soon as possible to ensure that they do not miss out on claiming this Match 5 prize.

“The Lotto draw on Saturday 8th January saw 24 players nationwide win an incredible €33,181 each after matching five numbers to share a boosted prize fund due to the capped Lotto jackpot in place at the time. While 23 of the Match 5 winners have claimed their prizes from the 8th January draw, we are yet to hear from one Kildare winner. We are urging our players who purchased their tickets for that particular draw in Lidl Naas in Newhall Retail Park in Naas, Co. Kildare to carefully check their tickets to ensure that they do not miss out on claiming their €33,181 prize.”

“If you are the remaining Match 5 winner from the Saturday 8th January draw, you should sign the back of your ticket and keep it safe. You can contact our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for you to claim your prize. The final date to claim this prize is just over three weeks away on Friday 8th April.”
