Just TWO WEEKS left for Monaghan Lotto player to claim €1,000,500 prize!

National Lottery appeals to Lotto players nationwide to check their Lotto tickets from 19th August draw

A Lotto player who won €1,000,500 on Saturday 19th August has just two weeks left to claim their life-changing prize.

The winner scooped the astonishing amount in a special Lotto Plus Raffle draw event held last August, after purchasing their winning Quick Pick ticket at Williams & Moran Centra on the Main Street in Emyvale, Co. Monaghan on Thursday 17th August.

The winning Raffle number for the Saturday 19th August draw was: 3249

Each of the tickets with the winning Lotto Plus Raffle number drawn in the Saturday 19th August draw were entered into a once-off random draw where one ticket was selected to win an additional prize of €1 Million. While every ticket holder who had the winning Raffle number won €500, one player has won €1 Million, in addition to the usual €500 prize.

A National Lottery spokesperson has appealed to Lotto players who may have been travelling through Monaghan in August or who are local to the Emyvale area, to urgently check their old tickets to avoid missing out on this staggering prize.

“As we get closer and closer to the all-important prize claim deadline, we are appealing to Lotto players all over Ireland to check their old tickets from August as soon as possible. There is a player out there who purchased a ticket for the 19th August Lotto draw at Williams & Moran Centra on the Main Street in Emyvale who now has a prize worth €1,000,500 which they are yet to claim.”

“The winning ticket holder could be a local who may not have checked their ticket yet or they could be someone who was passing through the area at the time. In case this sounds familiar to any of our players, the winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased two days before the draw on Thursday 17th August. As ticket holders have 90 days to claim their prizes, we are eager to hear from this winner soon as there are just two weeks left to claim this life-changing prize by close of business on Friday 17th November.”

“The winner, who has a ticket worth €1,000,500, is advised to make contact with our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and arrangements will be made for them to collect their life-changing prize in Lotto HQ.”
