How it works
For every EuroMillions draw in Ireland, for each line purchased, a player receives a unique Ireland Only Raffle (IOR) code on their ticket. From all IOR codes generated in any given draw, 10 are drawn and those lucky Irish players win €5,000 each.
But when you play on both Tuesday the 3rd and Friday the 6th of December it gets even better! Each of the 10 IOR winners in that draw will win the usual €5,000 and be placed in an additional special draw. One of those will also win an additional life-changing €1 MILLION. That’s a guaranteed Millionaire in Ireland on both nights.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Definitions used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings given to them in the EuroMillions (Incorporating Ireland Only Raffle) Rules Issue 1
1. The Ireland Only Raffle is a game available to play in the Republic of Ireland only and which must be played in conjunction with EuroMillions.
2. The rules for Ireland Only Raffle are set out under clause 8 of the EuroMillions Rules referred to above.
3. Clause 8.3(d) of the EuroMillions Game Rules allows PLI, as Operator of the National Lottery, to use the Ireland Only Raffle Reserve Fund to increase the amount of an Ireland Only Raffle Prize and/or to fund additional Ireland Only Raffle Prizes in an Ireland Only Raffle Draw. Accordingly, on 3rd December 2019 and 6th December 2019 only, the following terms shall apply.
4. The ten Winning Ireland Only Raffle Numbers drawn in the Ireland Only Raffle Draw on 3rd December 2019 will also be entered into a once-off random draw, whereby an electronic random number generator will be used to identify which one of those ten Winning Ireland Only Raffle Numbers shall entitle the Owner of the Ticket with that Winning Ireland Only Raffle Number to win an additional Prize of €1 million.
5. The ten Winning Ireland Only Raffle Numbers drawn in the Ireland Only Raffle Draw on 6th December 2019 will also be entered into a once-off random draw, whereby an electronic random number generator will be used to identify which one of those ten Winning Ireland Only Raffle Numbers shall entitle the Owner of the Ticket with that Winning Ireland Only Raffle Number to win an additional Prize of €1 million.
6. The draws will be conducted under National Lottery procedures and will be observed by an appointed independent observer.
7. Details of the Winning Ireland Only Raffle Number, to which the additional Prize of €1 million is attributable in the Ireland Only Raffle Draw on 3rd December 2019 and 6th December 2019 only, will be published on banners on the National Lottery website and in press releases after the relevant Ireland Only Raffle Draw.
