Lotto Plus Million Euro Raffle

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LOTTO PLUS DISPERSAL RAFFLE – 1 x €1M and 45 x €10,042 on 5th September 2026

Definitions used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings given to
them in the Lotto Plus Game Rules Issue 9 (Link to Lotto Plus Game Rules
booklet (PDF))

1. The Lotto Plus Dispersal Raffle is only available to play with Lotto Plus and in conjunction with a Lotto Game.
2. The rules for Lotto Plus Dispersal Raffle are set out under clause 5(3)(f) of the Lotto Plus Game Rules referred to above.
3. Clause 5(3)(f) of the Lotto Plus Game Rules allows PLI, as Operator of the National Lottery, to increase the total amount available to pay Lotto Plus winners by the value of the Lotto Plus Million Euro Raffle Reserve. Accordingly, on 5th September 2026 only, the following terms shall apply.
4. All tickets winning on any prize tier of Lotto Plus drawn on 5th September 2026 will also be entered into a once-off random draw, whereby an electronic random number generator will be used to randomly select one Ticket owner to win an additional Prize of €1 million, and 45 Ticket owners to win additional prizes of €10,042 each.
5. Location of the Winning Lotto Plus Ticket, to which the additional Prize of €1,000,000 is attributable in the Lotto Plus Dispersal Raffle on 5th September 2026, will be published on the National Lottery website as soon as is practicable after the Lotto Plus Draw.
