Business Assurance
Provides assurance to the Board, Audit & Risk Committee, and Management, focusing on reviewing the effectiveness of the risk management and control processes across the business.
Core Operations
Made up of the Draw Operations, Claims, and the Contact Centre Teams. They are responsible for meeting our customer and retailer expectations, regulatory requirements, GDPR, ISO, WLA and legal standards.
Corporate Affairs
Has responsibility and oversight of Public Affairs, Public Relations, Good Causes and Corporate Social Responsibility at the National Lottery.
Finance
Owns and manages the control and efficiency goals of our tightly regulated business, as well as our commercial performance. This team is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and relevant information on all things finance

Internal Audit
Ensures the integrity and enhancement of operations of our internal systems and processes. These are vital for the successful day-to-day operation of the National Lottery and the compliance with the Irish Lottery Licence.
Legal and Regulatory
Are responsible for ensuring that the business is aware of and compliant with its responsibilities under the National Lottery Act 2013 and the Licence to Operate the National Lottery.
Marketing
Own and develop the brand of the National Lottery across all mediums, to promote all products and channels. They ensure that Player Protection is at the centre of marketing communication and product development.
Office of the Chief Executive
Ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the CEO’s office to enable the CEO to focus on business growth, sustainability, the delivery of the strategy and the leadership of the Senior Leadership Team.
Commercial
Are responsible for the design, delivery, and marketing of the National Lottery's product portfolio. This includes Draw Games, Scratch Cards, and Instant Win Games, as well as our Digital Platforms.
Technology
Ensures the availability and the integrity of the National Lottery’s online and retail channels. They enable the business strategy using technology, business intelligence, and the successful delivery of strategic projects.
