The Promoter is the An Post National Lottery Company, Abbey Street Lower, Dublin 1, Ireland.

How to enter

To take part in this promotion, entrants must simply complete the Millionaire Raffle ‘Chances’ game by 5pm on Saturday 31st December 2011 and enter their name and email address and contact number. Entrants must be 18 years or over.

Prizes

There is one prize of €500 to be won. The promotion ends at 5pm on 31st December 2011 and the draw will take place Wednesday 4th January 2012. One entrant will be randomly selected and will win €500. Winners will receive a cheque for €500. Prize is not transferrable. 

Announcement of Winner

Winners of the Millionaire Raffle ‘Chances’ promotion will be notified by email and will also be contacted by a representative of the National Lottery Company. The winning entrant will be contacted to verify his/her name and address details and to confirm that he/she is over 18 years of age. Winners will be advised that they must present themselves at National Lottery Company HQ with proof of age identification and they may be asked to have a photograph taken for publicity purposes. Details of the winning entrant will be publicised. The winner will also be announced on www.lottery.ie after the draw.

Draw Entry Restrictions

The following individuals are not entitled to enter the Millionaire Raffle ‘Chances’ game:

   a.) any member of the National Lottery Company board of directors or his/her family
      members;
   b.)any officer or employee of the National Lottery Company or his/her family members;
   c.)any contractor or subcontractor of the National Lottery Company involved in the Holiday Promotion;
   d.)persons under 18 years of age;
   e.)such other persons or category of persons as the National Lottery Company may
      determine. 

Duration of Promotion

The Millionaire Raffle ‘Chances’ promotion will commence on 16th December 2011 and the promotion will close at 5pm on 31st December 2011 or other date and time to be decided by the National Lottery. The National Lottery may announce termination of this promotion at any time.

Governing Law By participating in the Millionaire Raffle ‘Chances’ promotion, the player agrees to comply with, and abide by, the law of the Republic of Ireland, this ‘Special Procedure and Rules’ and all procedures and instructions established by The National Lottery for the conduct of the Millionaire Raffle Chances promotion.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall NLC or any of its officers, directors, agents, employees, affiliates or other representatives be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of the “Chances” Promotion resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, internet failure, computer equipment failures, telecommunication failures (including mobile networks), other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, riots, interactions, civil disturbances, shortages of labour or materials, fires, storms, explosions, acts of God, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, delays, losses, errors or omissions in or made by the postal or other delivery services or the non-performance of a third party.
