I cannot purchase a Lottery ticket over €75?

We are very conscious of responsible play and for that reason we have set a spending limit of €75 per day for online players. For more information on spending limits please click here.

Can I play when travelling abroad/from another country?

In accordance with our terms and conditions players must be over 18 years of age and resident in the Republic of Ireland. Registered players may play online as long as it is lawful under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. However, local laws in many countries do not permit sale or purchase of tickets for any overseas lotteries.

As restrictions vary and are subject to change from country to country, it is not possible to provide advice on any specific country therefore we strongly recommend players do not purchase tickets outside our jurisdiction.

It is important to note that it is the player’s responsibility to ensure they act within the law of the jurisdiction they are visiting and within our agreed terms and conditions. Failure to do so could result in plays being declared invalid and no prizes will be paid.
